THE FULL COURSE
Creating a great blog will benefit greatly from doing your planning upfront. You must have a clear purpose and direction that will drive your blog to be the best. Remember we aren’t doing this just because we want to write about the subject we love, we are doing it because we want others to read it!
So do what the professional marketers and publishers do – “plan your success”. It will mostly be about the content, but if that content is wrapped in a beautiful site it will be more appreciated, will rank better, and will drive readers back to your site.
A successful brand/blog is linked to because the user (reader) will come back often, will subscribe to your newsletter so they don’t miss updates and will tell others about you.
Remember;
“Repeat business is good business”!

MODULE 3 – WRITING POSTS
You have done the hard work, written your plan, created all the brand resources you are going to need and created your timeline. You are ready to hit the internet.
But first – a quick work on habits and timing.
STICK TO YOUR PLAN. Stay on target with the timeline that you have written. This is important. Do not fall behind. If you do, catch up. If you get ahead even better – stay ahead.
The easiest way to stick to your plan is to develop habits. Time-bound habits. Habitual people achieve a great deal more than non-habitual people. If you don’t like time habits then learn to like them. Here’s what I mean. You might develop a plan like this if you are a full-time worker and you are developing a blog to earn extra money or one day move full time to your blog then your plan might look like this.
Monday to Friday – home at 5.30 pm – make coffee sit at the computer and work on your blog for 2 hours. 7.30 pm break for dinner and some TV. 8.30 to 10 pm work on your blog.
Saturday, Sunday 9 am-11 am work on the blog. 11 am to 1 pm go out to lunch, meet friends, whatever. 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm work on the blog. 3.30 to 4 pm rest, read, go for walk. 4 pm to 6 pm work on the blog. Evenings – go out with friends.
This might not be your plan but it does represent what you will need to put in if you want to succeed. Sorry – There are no get rich quick schemes. Wealthy people work hard.
